Desiree Fletcher-Hayes has served as public affairs coordinator for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., with responsibility for local and international media relations.
 
She also coordinated PR programming for a variety of clients as an account executive for The Integer Group, Iowa's leading integrated marketing and advertising agency. Her clients included Maytag Commercial Laundry, Pella Windows and Doors and the Iowa Department of Economic Development, Tourism Division.
 
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Kellie Ulrich has spent her marketing communications career in the technology, non-profit, consumer goods and financial industries. Throughout her career her responsibilities have included strategic messaging and positioning development, generating campaign awareness and serving as a partnership liaison.

Ulrich holds an M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa. She currently resides in Des Moines with her husband and two daughters. 

Since October 2005, Elizabeth Grace Saunders has worked on freelance writing assignments for PR, magazine, marketing and book clients from Miami to Seattle.
