Trained as a journalist, Kelly Moore knows what it takes to get the media’s attention.

Kelly Moore Consulting clients frequently appear on the covers of industry journals, in the pages of national media like USA Today and The Chicago Tribune, and on the airwaves of their local TV and radio stations.

Kelly and the KMC team have worked with clients in a variety of industries ranging from art to technology. But for Kelly, it was the construction industry that finally wooed her into specialization as an expert in construction public relations.

KMC team member experience goes beyond media relations and includes spokesperson training, copywriting, tradeshow planning skills and research skills.

Residing in Des Moines with her husband and two sons, Kelly is involved in her neighborhood association and the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. An advocate for Midwest parenting, Kelly recently created a parenting Website, DesMoinesFamilies.com, which she edits daily.

When she’s not attending tradeshows, writing news releases and relentlessly pitching her clients to the media, Kelly is usually found taking her boys shopping for the latest in baby fashion, curled up on the couch with a good book or eating Mexican food with her husband.
